    SCHOOL AGE | Fall 2024 - Summer 2025
    • Available for Kindergarten through 5th grade (rising 6th graders may enroll for Summer Camp)
    • If your child will not be at least 5 years old and going into kindergarten by September 1 during the applicable school year, please complete the Sunny's Pre-School / Camp Sunny Junior form.
    • One form required for each child. Form is valid through the 2024-2025 School Year and Summer 2025.

  • ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    Please read each statement and check to corresponding box to indicate that you understand
    • Specific field trip locations and sign-ups will be available through the Monday of each field trip week.
    • Students are required to wear the red FUNrichment After-School shirt for fieldtrips during the school year, and the teal Camp Sunny Summer Camp shirt for field trips during the summer.
      • One (1) Free After-School shirt, per student, will be provided each schoolyear.
      • One (1)Free Summer Camp shirt, per student, will be provided eachsummer.
    • Students who are registered for a field trip but forget their shirt will be provided a new one, charged to the family's account.

  • DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES (DCF) REQUIRED ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

  • Florida Department of Children and Families requires programs to provide families with the following information:

    Child Care Facility Brochures, "Know Your Child Care Facility" (CF/PI 175-24), and "The Flu - A Guide for Parents" (CF/PI 175-70)
