Every Child a Swimmer Scholarship Program Application
Dear Applicant,

We are excited to announce our partnership with Every Child A Swimmer to help remove barriers to swim instruction and make children safer in the water! Through this program, Sun Country is expanding access to swim lessons through our tuition assistance program. Please fully complete the application to be considered. Families with a total income of less than $50K annually will be considered. Children ages 4 and up are eligible.

Please complete and check EVERY section that follows. All necessary documents must be uploaded for consideration. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
