Hello! Thank you for your interest in the Hughey Trust Loan!
A few things to note before you begin the application....
The application requires information from the Borrower (you), 2 co-signers (usually parent(s)), a contact person (usually a grandparent/aunt/uncle/close family friend), and 2 references
- For the Borrower, Co-signers and contact person will you need the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Social Security Number.
- In addition to the info above you will also need a picture of the FRONT AND BACK of your driver's license as well as your co-signers. (We do not need for contact person)
- You are required to upload your most recent transcript (high school or college)
- You are required to provide the following from your 2 references: Name, Address, Phone Number and Email as well as a letter from each reference.
TWO Co-Signers are required to apply for the Hughey Trust Loan. IF you have circumstances that don't allow two parents to apply, please email hugheytrustloan@gmail.com or text 740-239-3072.
You and your Co-Signers will need to sign this application digitally.
To be eligible for the Hughey Trust Loan you must be pursuing a degree in a medical or related field. You must also reside in Fayette County or a county that boarders Fayette County. If you have questions about what fields of study are applicable, please email us at hugheytrustloan@gmail.com
This is a LOAN, required to be paid back post graduation.
Applications are due no later than May 15th.
You will be notified late June if you have received a loan. If you do receive a loan you will be required to schedule an appointment to sign your promissory note and receive your check.
