  • Hidden Valley’s fun and festive annual Holiday Craft Fair will take place the first Saturday in December. If you are interested in being considered for participation, please read thoroughly and then submit your completed application.

    In order to ensure high quality and variety, this is a juried show. 

    DATE: Saturday, December 6th, 2025 10am - 3pm 

    WHERE: Hidden Valley Elementary, 500 Glacier Dr., Martinez, CA

    Application Deadline: Friday, November 14th.

  • BOOTH FEE OF $40 MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED.

    HVE Craft Fair Payment

    BE CERTAIN TO SPECIFY THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS FOR HIDDEN VALLEY CRAFT FAIR AND INCLUDE YOUR NAME.
    We will not be able to track your payment, or return it, without that information.

    If we are unable to place you in our Fair, we will return your payment to the Venmo from which it was received, on or before Saturday, December 6th, 2025.

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Please read the following policies before submitting an application

    •  THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS IS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2025.

      - Applications will be juried in hopes of providing a high quality Fair with a varied assortment of products. Care will be given to avoid oversaturating any one category/craft. Please note: while preference may be given to handmade goods, Hidden Valley families, and those who have participated years prior – MEETING THESE CRITERIA DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE.

      - Acceptance notifications will be made via e-mail, on a rolling basis, beginning Friday, October 31, 2025, and continuing until all spaces have been filled.

      - In order for your application to be considered complete, it must fulfill the following:
      (1) Application submitted with all required information.
      (2) Booth fee of $40.00 made via Venmo to @HiddenValleyPFC (*Please note "Craft Fair" & your name with your payment!)
      (3) Photos of your work 

      - Please note: we will not jury unpaid applications.

      - Any accepted participants which cancel after Nov. 24th will forfeit their space and their booth fee will be donated to the students of Hidden Valley.

      - We will have an ongoing raffle during the Fair. We request that each participant donate an item representative of their booth with a value of no less than $10.00. Staff will collect items on Saturday before the Fair opens.

      - Indoor participants are provided a 6’ x 2.5’ table (with attached bench).

      - Outdoor participants will be allocated a 10' x 10' space. They must provide their own canopy, tables, displays, etc. This event is rain or shine. Please plan accordingly. 

      Hidden Valley Elementary and Craft Fair are not responsible for loss or damage of exhibitors' wares, exhibits, or personal property or for injury caused by products sold or exhibited by exhibitors. Insurance for such loss, damages, or injury shall be the responsibility of each exhibitor.
