With the views of the historic buildings-along with the beautiful grounds lined with palm trees overlooking Bear Cut and the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Historic Virginia Key Beach Park is the ideal location to celebrate your special day.

The Park has become a popular rental facility for an array of social and special events, holiday parties, weddies, concerts, and festivals. With the flexibility to bring in your own specially selected team of caterers, florists, decor companies, etc.., it proves the premiere venue choice in South Florida. You can make your special day the magical experience that you have always dreamed of!

Historic Virginia Key Beach Park is a National Historic Landmark with irreplacable historic and environmnetal elements. We ask that you support our mission and join our stewardship by ahering to the rules and regulations in place by mangements. These guidelines are intended to ensure your safety, as well as the protection of the natural resources and the historic elements located on the property.

CLOSING HOURS FOR DAYTIME WEDDINGS

February-March-6:00 PM (until Daylight Savings time change)

**Wedding Reservations that will need hours after the daytime closing hours are required to book one of the Evening Packages.

** Sunset Package Add-On- Additional $400 Fee- Requests for additional time to take photos at sunset are possible. This must be booked in advance or paid in full prior to the wedding date. (Please speak with a representative for details.)
Historic Virginia Key Beach Park offers the option of intimate daytime ocean front ceremonies for those who wish to celebrate a special occasion, such as a marriage or other form of personal commitment on our beautiful grounds. daytime ceremonies may take place anywhere in the park during the hours of 7:00 am to park closing time.

Historic Virginia Key Beach Park allows handheld instruments or small music sound systems that play sound at appropriate volume levels to ensure the positive experience for all other park visitors.

Please note that VKBPT provides only the site and any permanent onsite structures, providing you full freedom to choose the caterers, photographers, musicians, florists, etc, that perfectly match your mood and taste.

Historic Virginia Key Beach Park has ample parking for your wedding at a rate of $8 per vehicle on Friday-Saturday and $10 on Holidays. If you wish to prepay parking for your guests an alphabetical name list must be provided 48 hours before the wedding day along with a completed credit card authroization form.

Historic Virginia Key Beach does not permit access by motorized boat or any motorized vessel.

The above-named applicant is fully cognizant of their responsibility in connection with the use of the above-named facility, and agrees to observe, obey, and comply with all Virginia Key Beach Park Trust & City of Miami Department of Parks and Recreation - Rules & Regulations, as well as all City, County, State and/or Federal laws, rules, and regulations. Permittte Usage Rules:
1. All Parties are subject to the park entry fees.

2. All Fees must be paid in full five (5) business days prior to your event, in the form of cash or credit card, cashiers check or money order; made payable to "Virginia Key Beach Park Trust".

3. A Deposit of $100 per Pavilion is required to reserve a space & is Non-Refundable

4. The use of child friendly rented amusements (i.e. bounce houses, mechanical rides, etc.) are permitted. The vendor providing the equipment/ service must provide insurance which includes Virginia Key Beach Park Trust and the City of Miami as additional insured, earlier than five (5) business days prior to the event day.

5. Charcoal Grillls should NEVER be used UNDER any covered shelter or building on top of tables or benches.

6. No Pets are allowed in the park. (Only Service Animals are allowed on the property)

7. Two- 10x10 pop up tents are allowed per pavilion rental.

8. Petting Zoos are allowed with park permission, license, insurance and a deposit, which is refundable if there are no damages, and the vendor cleans up after the animals.

9. Unless otherwise approved by park management, the permittee & all pariticpants must exit the facility 15 minutes before the close of the park.

10. All articles must be removed by the permitte at the end of the activity (i.e. tables, chairs, balloons, decorations etc.) Permitte is responsible for a "leave no trace" policy of the rented facility at close of the scheduled activity.

11. Decorations should not be affixed to the walls or poles of any facility.

12. Alcohol is not allowed on park grounds.

13. NO STYROFOAM PLATES, CUPS, OR CONTAINERS

14. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK

15. Permittee must use the reserved facility for agreed activities

16. Park Supervisor/Park Attendants are the contact personnel on the day of the event.

17. The park doesn ot allow firearms or use of any drugs while on the premises.

18. All parking must be in the designated parking spaces provided.

19. Music with explicit lyrics will not be tolerated on park premises.

20. Noise levels must be contained within the perimeters of permittee's designated area.
