The Regional Lunch menu will draw on some classic parts of Campagna and include:
- Mozzarella in Carrozza
- Green Herbed Salad
- Ragu alla Napoletana with polpette and boneless pork ribs
  with pasta
- Pepperoni imbottiti alla Napoletana
- Melanzane e Fugiteille (Sauteed Eggplants mushroom style)
- Dessert --Migliaccio, a ricotta torta and a regional favorite especially around carnivale

Following the lunch will be guest speaker Ximena Romero, a sophomore from Presentation High School. She will share some of her personal research on the Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti trials of the 1920. See the June Newsletter for additional details.
