Idaho Child Care Reads 2018 Application

The Early Literacy in Action workshop (ELIA), sponsored by the Idaho Commission for Libraries' Read to Me program, helps public libraries enhance services for child care providers and preschool teachers, and the children and families that they work with. Applications from public libraries interested in the program are accepted throughout the year, until February 15.
