Thank you for participating in the Migrant Seasonal Head Start (MSHS) My First Books (MFB) program with your local public library this year. This program is funded with support from the Institute for Museum and Library Services (IMLS), and is coordinated by the Idaho Commission for Libraries (ICfL).

Instructions: Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey, which asks you how the MSHS MFB program impacted your center's children and families. Your feedback is very important to us, as we are always looking for ways to better serve you. Your responses will also be included in ICfL's annual report to the IMLS.
