Service Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with IESHUN S FASHION STUDIOS & CO. for alterations, fittings, or custom work, you agree to the following service terms and conditions.
1. Consultation & Fitting Fee
A non-refundable $30 professional consultation fee is required to secure your fitting appointment.
This fee covers up to 30 minutes of garment assessment, measurements, pinning, marking, and service consultation.
Please note that this fee covers professional time and expertise whether or not you proceed with the alteration or customization service.
Any approved alteration or customization work will be quoted separately as labor and materials.
2. Pricing
Final pricing is based on the garment’s complexity, time required, techniques used, and any materials, trims, or embellishments needed that are not provided by the client.
3. Quote Turnaround Time
Quotes for standard alteration services are typically provided during your consultation appointment or within 24 hours of your fitting.
Quotes for custom, complex, bridal, or garment redesign services require additional review and will be provided within 2 business days following your consultation.
Where fabric sourcing, trim matching, embellishment work, or additional design considerations are required, quote turnaround may extend to 3 business days. Clients will be advised accordingly.
4. Service Turnaround Time
We aim to complete all garments within the quickest reasonable turnaround time possible without compromising on quality and finish.
Completion times vary depending on garment type, complexity, and current booking volume.
Estimated completion dates will be discussed at the consultation stage.
5. Rush Services
Requests requiring completion within 24–48 hours are considered rush services and are subject to a minimum $50 rush fee or 25% of the total labor cost, whichever is greater.
Same-day and emergency requests will incur an additional fee based on complexity and scheduling availability.
6. Garment Intake & Condition Assessment
At the time of consultation and garment hand-over, each piece will be carefully reviewed and any existing imperfections, stains, marks, tears, missing embellishments, wear, or damage will be noted on the service ticket prior to work commencing.
This process is in place to ensure clarity regarding the garment’s condition at the time it is received and to protect both the client and our company throughout the service process.
7. Final Payment & Collection
The remaining balance for all services is due at the time of final fitting and garment collection, unless the client chooses to complete payment prior to collection.
Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, and card.
A 4% processing fee applies to all card transactions and will be reflected in the final invoice.
Garments will only be released once the final balance has been paid in full.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect everyone's time, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may impact your ability to book future appointments.
9. Missed Appointment Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no call, no show) are subject to our Missed Appointment Policy.
After two consecutive missed appointments, a 2-week booking pause will be applied before future appointments may be scheduled.
