๐Ÿ”ง Why Whole HVAC System Replacement Is Required with New Refrigerants

    โ„๏ธ 1. Old Refrigerants: R22 - Banned for production
R410A (Puron): Still used in many homes, but being phased out starting in 2025 under new environmental regulations .

    ๐Ÿ’จ 2. New Refrigerants: R-454B and R-32
These are the next-generation refrigerants approved for new HVAC systems starting in 2025.

๐Ÿ” Why You Must Replace the Whole System:
๐Ÿšซ New Refrigerants Are Not Backward Compatible
You cannot use R-454B or R-32 in systems designed for R410A or R22.
The compressors, expansion valves, pressures, and chemical properties are completely different

โœ… So What Needs to Be Replaced?
If your system uses R22 or R410A and you're switching to a new refrigerant, youโ€™ll need to replace:

    ๐ŸŒ€ Condenser
โ„๏ธ Evaporator Coil (Slab or Box Coil)
    ๐Ÿ”ฅ Furnace or Air Handler
โ™จ๏ธ Heat Strip (for electric heating systems)
๐Ÿงต Line Set (may need to be flushed or replaced)
