⦁ By booking a collection or delivery with IKExpress, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
⦁ IKExpress provides same-day collection and delivery services within Plymouth and surrounding areas.
⦁ Customers must provide accurate collection and delivery addresses, contact details, and any relevant delivery instructions.
⦁ Collection and delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
⦁ Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
⦁ IKExpress reserves the right to refuse the transportation of any item deemed unsafe, prohibited, illegal, hazardous, excessively large, or unsuitable for transport.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
⦁ Illegal substances
⦁ Weapons or firearms
⦁ Explosives or hazardous materials
⦁ Cash or valuable securities
⦁ Any item prohibited by UK law
⦁ Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are packaged appropriately for transportation.
⦁ IKExpress will take reasonable care when handling items but accepts no liability for loss or damage beyond the amount paid for the delivery service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
⦁ Deliveries outside the standard service area may be subject to additional charges.
⦁ If a recipient is unavailable, IKExpress will attempt to contact the customer using the details provided.
⦁ Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
⦁ IKExpress reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking where necessary for operational, safety, or legal reasons.
⦁ Customer information is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and will not be sold to third parties.
