Please read the following terms carefully before agreeing. This agreement ensures we are all on the same page and your booking is confirmed.
Bookings are confirmed only once the 50% non-refundable booking fee has been paid, and this form submitted. The final balance is due 7 days before the wedding date. No images will be delivered until full payment has been received. Payments can be made via Hnry to the account listed on your invoice. Ilse de Klerk retains full copyright of all images taken. Clients receive permission to use the final delivered images for personal use, including printing, sharing with family and friends, posting on social media, and using them on personal websites or in wedding announcements. Clients may not edit, crop, apply filters to, or sell any images. RAW or unedited images will not be provided. Clients are not permitted to use the images for commercial purposes, including selling or using them in business promotions, without written permission from Ilse de Klerk. Ilse de Klerk may use selected images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, portfolio, website, blog, magazines, and wedding industry publications. Galleries are delivered within 4 to 8 weeks of the wedding day. Galleries will be stored on an external hard drive for 2 weeks after the USB has been sent. After that period, images will be stored on an external hard drive backup, but backup availability is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for safely storing their images once they have been delivered. To ensure consistency and quality of the final product, no other professional photographers or videographers are permitted during the wedding unless previously agreed upon. Images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion. Only images meeting Ilse de Klerk’s professional and artistic standards will be delivered. If a couple needs to reschedule, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required. All efforts will be made to accommodate the new date. In the event of cancellation, the 50% booking fee remains non-refundable. In the event that Ilse de Klerk is seriously unwell or unable to attend the wedding, a trusted replacement photographer will be sourced at her discretion. Editing and final delivery of images will still be done by Ilse de Klerk, and copyright will remain with her. Ilse de Klerk is not liable for delays, loss, or cancellation due to events beyond her control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, emergencies, or other force majeure events. In such cases, all money paid will be refunded, including the booking fee. Clients agree to provide accurate information, follow agreed timelines, and communicate any changes in a timely manner. A safe, respectful working environment is expected at all times. By signing this agreement, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions.
