2025 ISM Fine Arts Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in our upcoming event! Below is the payment schedule:

• $100 for each 8ft Exhibitor/Promoter booth space.
• $50 for advertisement in our Digital Booklet, which will be utilized by attendees on the day of the festival.
• Payment Waived Opportunity: Alternatively, if you prefer to send a volunteer or volunteer team to assist ISM in the production of this event, we will waive the $100 booth fee. Please note that this volunteer or volunteer team will need to be available for the duration of the event and should not be assigned to manning your Promotion Booth.

Full payment for Fine Arts must be postmarked by March 26, 2025, or will incur a $50 late fee. Space is limited and assigned according to registration date.

All contracts must be accompanied with payment of your total cost. ISM charges a fee of $100 to each exhibitor for each space 8’ft section ISM will provide an eight foot table and chairs for each paid booth space. Anything beyond this will need to be noted so space can be provided.

FOR ALL GRAPHIC SUBMISSIONS:
Contact ISM for graphic specifications (ilsmonline@idcag.com) Space is limited and given on a first-come-first-serve basis. ISM reserved the right to refuse advertisements based on content or design. Graphics and video MUST be received by April 1, 2025.
Failure to submit graphics by the specified deadline will result in the loss of advertising space.
Refunds will not be offered for graphics that are not received.
