Momentum Registration is a GROUP registration process completed by each attending church, not completed by individuals attending. 

Please note: If you have previously submitted a 2025 Momentum Registration form - PLEASE DO NOT submit multiple registration forms! Instead, please contact our office at ilsmonline@idcag.org to make changes or add attendees. Thank you for your cooperation in this!

The Senior Pastor and/or Senior Pastor's Spouse may attend Momentum Free of Charge. Please indicate if they will be attending:

We offer a special scholarship for students qualifying under the Integrity Principle. The Integrity Principle allows students in your youth ministry to invite their unsaved friends to Momentum Youth Conference for free. Students qualifying under the Integrity Principle must be an unsaved young person and cannot simply be an infrequent attendee of your church and/or youth ministry. He/she cannot be someone who has previously attended Momentum Youth Conference. The individual names and addresses of Integrity Principle students must be submitted in the form provided below by the Youth/Pastor Leader of the church and must be confirmed by the Senior Pastor of the church to qualify for this scholarship. The form link will be sent to you in your confirmation email when you've completed the registration process.

REMEMBER, THE SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND VERIFIED BY THE LEAD AND YOUTH PASTOR OF YOUR CHURCH IN ORDER FOR THESE STUDENTS TO BE ELIGIBLE. You will receive a link to this form in your confirmation email. It will also be available on our website. 

ISM typically hosts 2 leader events during Momentum. One is a Youth Pastors' Reception open to the MAIN youth leader (full-time, part-time, bi-vocational or volunteer) of the church and/or his/her spouse (typically held on Friday*).

The other is a ladies-only gathering open to the MAIN youth leader (full-time, part-time, bi-vocational or volunteer) or the main youth leader's spouse. (typically held during workshop time on Saturday afternoon). At present, this event is TBD due to scheduling and venue challenges.

It is very helpful in our planning process to know if these leaders plan to attend.  Please indicate below if the youth leaders of your church will be attending either or both of these events:

Terms and Conditions

• Non-Refundable Registration
  All conference registrations are non-refundable. Leaders are charged the same admission cost as students. We do not offer a discounted rate for partial attendance. Refunds will not be given if your group attends with fewer people than originally registered. Any outstanding balance will remain due upon arrival, even if the number of attendees decreases.

• Deadlines and Payment

  • Early Registration: $70 per person, with pre-order Momentum T-shirts available for $20, applies only to registrations that are postmarked or paid in full on or before October 21, 2025. After this date, Early Bird pricing will be forfeited and all attendees will be moved to the regular registration rate of $90.

  • Late/Final Registration Deadline: $90 regular registration per person submitted after October 21, 2025 and before the November 14, 2025 FINAL deadline. Any changes/add-ons to your registration after the November 14th deadline will incur a $20 administrative late fee per change/add-on due to administrative and set-up processes that will have to be re-worked if registrations are added after that date. No onsite registrations will be permitted.

  • Payment Methods: Accepted payments include money orders, cashier checks, or church checks. Do not send cash or personal checks. Credit card payments are accepted with a processing fee. All outstanding balances must be paid before or upon arrival.

• Senior Pastor & Spouse
  The Senior Pastor and spouse of your church may attend Momentum free of charge. This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be applied to any other attendee.
  
  

• Large Group Discount

  For every 10 paying students, one leader may attend free. This discount is only available for Early Bird registrations submitted by October 21, 2025. Integrity students and paying leaders do not count toward the 10-paying-student quota. This discount cannot be transferred to student registrations.

• Reserved Seating

  Groups of 25 or more pre-registered by October 21, 2025 will receive reserved arena seating for general sessions. Reserved seating does not apply to concerts. Seating assignments will be given at registration and are final — changes are not permitted without forfeiting reserved privileges. Reserved seating does not include arena floor seating, which will remain open and first-come, first-served.
  
  

• Accessibility

  Please notify us in advance if anyone in your group requires accommodations (wheelchair accessibility, hearing assistance, etc.).
