Momentum Registration is a GROUP registration process completed by each attending church, not completed by individuals attending. 

Please note: If you have previously submitted a 2024 Momentum Registration form - PLEASE DO NOT submit multiple registration forms! Instead, please contact our office at ilsmonline@idcag.org to make changes or add attendees. Thank you for your cooperation in this!

We can't wait to see you this fall at our annual Momentum Conference in Naperville, IL November 22 & 23!

The Senior Pastor and/or Senior Pastor's Spouse may attend Momentum Free of Charge. Please indicate if they will be attending:

We offer a special scholarship for students qualifying under the Integrity Principle. The Integrity Principle allows students in your youth ministry to invite their unsaved friends to Momentum Youth Conference for free. Students qualifying under the Integrity Principle must be an unsaved young person and cannot simply be an infrequent attendee of your church and/or youth ministry. He/she cannot be someone who has previously attended Momentum Youth Conference. The individual names and addresses of Integrity Principle students must be submitted in the form provided below by the Youth/Pastor Leader of the church and must be confirmed by the Senior Pastor of the church to qualify for this scholarship. The form link will be sent to you in your confirmation email when you've completed the registration process.

REMEMBER, THE SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND VERIFIED BY THE LEAD AND YOUTH PASTOR OF YOUR CHURCH IN ORDER FOR THESE STUDENTS TO BE ELIGIBLE. You will receive a link to this form in your confirmation email. It will also be available on our website. 

ISM hosts 2 leader events during Momentum. One is a Youth Pastors' Reception open to the MAIN youth leader (full-time, part-time, bi-vocational or volunteer) of the church and/or his/her spouse (typically held on Friday*).

The other is a ladies-only gathering open to the MAIN youth leader (full-time, part-time, bi-vocational or volunteer) or the main youth leader's spouse. (typically held during workshop time on Saturday afternoon). More details such as time and place will be available closer to the event date.

It is very helpful in our planning process to know if these leaders plan to attend.  Please indicate below if the youth leaders of your church will be attending either or both of these events:

Terms and Conditions
All conference registrations are non-refundable. Leaders are charged the same admission cost as students. We do not offer a discounted registration for those attending only a portion of the conference. Likewise, we do not offer refunds if you do not bring the full number of students/leaders for which you register. Any outstanding balance will remain due upon arrival, regardless if there is a reduction to the number of attendees in your registration. Early registration pricing and pre-ordering momentum T-shirts are only applicable to registrations that are POSTMARKED or PAID IN FULL AND SUBMITTED ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 21, 2024. Please DO NOT send cash or Personal Checks. We accept money orders, cashier checks or church check payments for registration monies due. We do offer a credit card option with a processing fee. If Early Bird payment is not received with the October 21st postmark, the Early Bird rate will be forfeited and all attendees will be transferred to the Regular registration rate ($85). Following this, outstanding payments must be received prior to, or upon, arrival. ANY REGISTRATION RECEIVED OR ADDITIONS MADE AFTER THE FINAL DEADLINE OF NOVEMBER 10TH WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $20 LATE FEE PER ATTENDEE. We cannot make exceptions to these registration policies.

We do allow the Senior Pastor (and spouse) of your church to attend Momentum free of charge. This special dispensation cannot be transferred to any other attendee from your group.

We offer a special discount for churches registering large groups of students. For every TEN PAYING STUDENTS, we will allow you to bring ONE LEADER for free. This special pricing can only be honored for early registrations on or before OCTOBER 21, 2024. Leader discount cannot be transferred to any student registration. Integrity students and/or paying leaders do not count toward the ten-paying-student quota.

Reserved seating will be provided for all attending churches this year. Reserved seating will be honored and assigned in the order in which it was received in the ISM office. To ensure that your entire group stay together, you must register in a timely manner. Any add-ons after the final registration date of November 10th are not guaranteed to be seated together. Groups will be notified of their assignment on the day of registration. There will be no changes to the seating assignment.

Please let us know if you or anyone from your group has any disabilities for seating purposes (wheelchair accessibility, hearing impaired, etc..).
