By registering for The Lab, I acknowledge that attending in-person events involves risks, including travel, physical activity, and social functions where alcohol may be served by the venue. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Impact Elite Coaching, LLC, its owners, employees, coaches, contractors, and sponsors from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from my attendance or participation, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of Impact Elite Coaching, LLC.
Alcohol and Substances: I am solely responsible for my decision to consume alcohol and for my conduct and transportation afterward. I agree not to drive while impaired. Alcohol is served by the venue's licensed staff, who may refuse service at their discretion. I will not possess or use illegal drugs at any event function. Any injury, illness, or loss resulting from my consumption of alcohol or use of any drug is my sole responsibility.
Optional Fitness Activities: Participation in any workout or physical activity is voluntary. I understand these activities carry inherent risks, including strain, injury, and medical emergencies. I confirm I am physically able to participate or have consulted a physician, I will work within my own limits, and I may stop at any time. I assume all risks of participation.
Conduct: I agree to conduct myself professionally. Impact Elite Coaching, LLC may remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, impaired, or inappropriate, without refund. I am responsible for any damage I cause to the venue or the property of others.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
