  • Admin Form

  • Thank you for completing the In2science Admin Form, which will take 15-30 minutes to complete.

    • We highly recommend that you have enough time to sit and complete it in one go, as you are unable to save your progress until you complete all steps.
    • We recommend you use a laptop/desktop computer, rather than tablet or mobile, as some steps will require you to open external web links in new tabs.
  • Mentor Survey

    The mentor experience with In2science
  • In2science wants to ensure that you - the mentor - benefit from being involved in the program, just as much as your student mentees. We kindly ask for your help in completing short pre- and post-placement surveys that measure outcomes for mentors in terms of professional skill development, academic mindset, and career orientation.

Mentor surveys help us to improve the program and secure ongoing funding.

Access the Pre-placement Mentor Survey below (link will open in a new tab).
