Camp Meeting Guidelines:

1. Requests for accommodations will be honored in the order the applications are received and with full payment at the time of the reservation.

2. Payment for cancellations on or before May 15 will be refunded, minus a $10 processing fee. Payment for cancellations after May 15 will be forfeited.

3. Children 18 years-of-age or under are not permitted to stay overnight at any of the camp meeting facilities unless accompanied by an adult.

4. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed on the campus/grounds.

5 Occupancy of all camp accommodations (dorm rooms, tents, camper/RV sites) will be available on Monday, June 3.

6. Sewage and wastewater must be emptied in facilities provided and not on the grounds.

7. Safety regulations restrict the use of bicycles and motorized equipment to camp personnel only. Skateboards, roller blades and scooters also present a safety hazard and must not be brought to camp meeting. Golf carts must be pre-approved and drivers must be 18 or older, with proof of insurance.

8. Non-dormitory residents must not use dormitory facilities.

9. Smoking (of any kind) and alcohol prohibited on campus.

10. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the campus.
