    Pre-registration is REQUIRED to attend this event.  Payment must be made ONLINE, or you are not registered.  

    If families are registering individually, PLEASE make sure your personal information is specific to YOUR FAMILY!  Everyone who wants a cabin MUST prepay with a CREDIT CARD to guarantee the reservation.  

    ATTENTION: DOGS THAT COME TO THIS EVENT WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED IF THEY ARE NOT ON A LEASE OR CAUSING ISSUES WITH BARKING, ETC.  SO, IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO BRING THEM, IT'S BEST IF THEY STAY HOME.

     This is a casual weekend.  However, you should wear your full dress uniform if you want to for inspection on Sabbath morning.

  • Cabin Rental & RV Sites

    Cabins and RV sites (limited) are available. They will be assigned in the order the registration form is submitted. Cost is $50.00 per cabin or RV site for the weekend. If you want a cabin or RV Site, prepayment with a credit card is REQUIRED! So, register EARLY!

    There are 3 types of cabins:

    1. Four Twin beds

    2. One Double Bed & One Twin Bed

    3. Six Twin Beds

    You will assigned a cabin FIRST COME = FIRST ASSIGNED 

    You can cancel up to the deadline.  Canceling after deadline, no refunds.

    Firewood: You receive 2 bundles of firewood for free, addtional bundles cost $5 each. There is a maximum of 7 extra bundles. 

    Ice: You can purchase bags of ice.   Ice must be picked between 9am - 7pm ONLY   Each bag of ice weighs 5 pounds and cost $2 each  

    You must make arrangements for delivery of extra ice/firewood by texting your request to 317-385-6856 (Include your name, church name and number ice or firewood, please)
