If possible, please include 4 photos of the interiorspace, one photo from each corner of the sales floor. Incomplete drawingscan/will extend the drawing approval process.

Terms and Conditions
A. Site footprint must be forwarded to Infinity
- Footprint must include Agent Name and Site Address
- Inaccurate store footprints may incur additional fixture costs and installation costs
- Infinity Retail Services is not liable for any additional expenses incurred from inaccurate footprint supplied by Agent
B. 50% Payment of total cost is required after the approved layout
- Layout must be approved by both Agent and Verizon Headquarters
- Total cost includes fixture package, freight, and installations (if applicable)
- Order is entered once recieved
C. Total balance is due one week prior to ship date
