CCPAC Camp Registration Form 2026

CCPAC Camp:

Please fill in the form below. Registration Payment is required at the end of this form. You will be issued an invoice for camp that is due 2 Weeks before the Friday Before camp. Summer Camps are open to children ages 3 to 13 years. Campers will be placed according to age. Camp Pricing • Five Day Camp: $305.00 plus HST • Four Day Camp: $275.00 plus HST • Camp Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Early Drop Off and Late Pick Up Available for $20 per day $10 for morning drop off at 8:00 AM $10 for late pick up at 5:00 PM. Upon filling out this form, there is a $25 registration fee to hold your spot.
Example Day Outline
8:45 AM to 9:00 AM: Drop off
9:00 AM to 10:00 AM: Disney Dance
10:00 AM to 10:20 AM: Snack Time (nut free)
10:20 AM to 11:00 AM: Tumble Tots (dance plus acro and gymnastics)
11:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Disney Arts and Crafts
12:00 PM to 12:30 PM: Lunch (please provide)
12:30 PM to 1:30 PM: Disney Games and Activities
1:30 PM to 2:15 PM: Arts and Crafts
2:15 PM to 2:45 PM: Snack Time
2:45 PM to 3:45 PM: Disney Dance and Games
3:45 PM to 4:00 PM: Dismissal

Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund, withdrawals must be made before June 1, 2026. After this date, refunds or credits cannot be provided due to staffing commitments. However, if your child cannot attend, we will try to place them in an alternate camp if space allows.
