RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Madrassah hours are 5:00pm-6:45pm Tuesday to Friday (Junior Qaida class will take place between 6:30pm-7:30pm). Please note that the timings are subject to change and parents will be notified of any changes in advance.
- Students are required to be in the madrassah 5 minutes before the starting time. Parents must ensure that students arrive on time. Tardiness without a valid excuse will not be tolerated.
- Parents are requested to inform the administration if the child will be arriving late. This also applies if the child will be absent for the day.
- Continued unauthorised absence or non-payment of fees may result in expulsion.
DISCIPLINE POLICY
The participants are expected to conduct themselves in a correct, responsible and Islamic manner, showing respect to their teachers and other adults, as well as their fellow students and the mosque in general. A participant whose action(s) infringes upon the right(s) of others will be held responsible for the action(s) and disciplinary measures will be taken by the management. The first step will involve discussions with the parent(s) Further misdemeanours may result in expulsion.
FEES
The madrassah fee is £30.00 a month per child and payment is due on the 1st of every month. There is a reduced fee of £25.00 for parents who have enrolled more than one child.
Please note that the price of books and other study material is not included in the student fee. Additionally, all fees must still be paid if the child is absent without notice. The fees are due in full for months when holidays are less than two weeks.
WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILTY/DISCLAIMER
The madrassah cannot be held responsible for unsupervised areas and times before and after the lesson hours for participants. The parent(s) understand(s) that during the lessons at madrassah, in case of a mishap or an unforeseen accident on the masjid premises, neither the madrassah nor its representatives will be liable or responsible.
PHOTOGRAPHY CONCENT
Occasionally, we may take photographs of the children at our Madrassah. We may use these images as part of our Madrassah displays and sometimes in other printed publications. We may also use them on our website or on other social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
To comply with the Data Protection Act, we require your permission before we can photograph or make any recordings of your child. Please answer the questions below, then sign and date the form where shown and return the completed form to the Madrassah.
