Seller Terms: Deposit, Payment of Purchase Price, Fees Buyer will pay a {DEPOSIT 40% OF THE TOTAL ADOPTION FEE} which will be deducted from the purchase price agreed. In either event, Seller shall be free to sell the Dog to another party. In the event that the Dog is not available due to sickness, death, or any other circumstance owing to the fault of Seller, Buyer’s Deposit at Buyer’s option, be either refunded, or transferred to the next litter of puppies.
Transfer of Ownership and Registration: Upon Payment in full of the Purchase Price, Seller shall promptly take all actions required to officially transfer ownership and registration (if any) of the Dog to Buyer.
Seller’s Representations and Warranties:Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that: Seller is the legal and true owner of the Dog and that Seller has full right and authority to sell the Dog. The Dog is being sold free and clear of any lien, security interest, charge or other other encumbrance. The Dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale. This Guarantee does NOT cover Cherry eye, Entropion, Ectropion, Allergies, undescended testicles, loose knees or hips, Stenotic nares, elongated soft pallet, umbilical hernia, dermatitis, demodectic mange. Seller will NOT replace a puppy due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization. To ensure that Buyer does not euthanize the Dog or take it to an animal shelter, Seller will take the Dog back at any time during the Dog’s lifetime. Seller will not issue a refund or provide another Dog to Buyer unless the Dog’s return was a result of any misrepresentation on the part of seller with respect to the Dog’s health.

I Read and Completely Understand The Content of The Seller Terms Listed Above.APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT : I will review applications within 24 hours of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If your home is a good fit, I'll notify you. We breed infrequently, so we will only accept deposits when puppies are expected or actually available. During pregnancy, approved homes will receive a link to make a nominal commitment deposit on a puppy, and links will be sent out in the order approved applications were received. Please make this deposit within 1 hour of the approval e-mail. If you make a deposit, you are committing to take a puppy from the litter, regardless of whether your gender/color preference is available.YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be assigned in deposit order by the first or second preference of the depositor as indicated on the application. If neither of your choices are available, you may elect another puppy from the litter. We ask that you make a choice within 24 hours of notification since there may be other families waiting for a chance to choose. Should you elect to not take a puppy from the litter, the deposit is forfeited and the deposit applied to the costs of the deposit applied to finding the puppy another home. It is not forwarded to an upcoming litter as we do not have regular litters. You should review both the deposit policies and pick of litter policies on our website for any updates. 3GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age.CONTRACT: We have a Contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to Memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason it's a bit lengthy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/neuter at or before 18 months. If you're a Breeder you should probably look elsewhere. This might seem hypocritical at first glance, but we have a take-back provision in our contract. Any puppy from our home always has a home here, and will never experience the fear and burden of life at a shelter. Taking back an unaltered dog into our home poses significant risk to our own dogs due to canine STDs and the possiblity an unaltered dog could be pregnant. Sadly, many well-intentioned folks don't remember to spay before the first heat cycle, and suddenly their barely-adolescent dog is pregnant by multiple studs of unknown heritage. Spay surgery while pregnant is exceedingly risky, and several canine STDs such as brucellosis can be transferred to humans, which poses an unacceptable risk to our family. Because we take cradle-to-grave "original home" responsibility for the puppies we created, puppies must be de-sexed unless you are under a guardian home agreement.REGISTRATION PAPERS: Our Excellent Family companions do not come with registration papers to any Registry. You are free to register your dog with the AKC, UKC or CKC under ILP or single registration status should you desire to enter events and competitions. Please read more on our website here.

I First Namehereby agrees in consideration of payment (DEPOSIT) of the non-refundable deposit to withdraw the above referenced PET from the market until the above date and to transfer title of the product to the buyer upon receipt of the remaining amount due. I First Namebuyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if I fail to pay the seller the remaining BALANCE due by the above-mentioned date, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. This DEPOSIT will hold the PET until it has been weaned and is ready for PICK-UP.
