Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: By registering, you agree to provide laundered, gently used, or new clothing for men, women, and/or children.

Setup & Display: You are responsible for bringing and arranging your own rack, table, or bins at the event unless otherwise coordinated with the T.E.E.S. Community Closet team.

Participation Commitment: Once registered, you agree to be present at the event for the designated setup and shopping hours.

Non-Commercial Use: Items displayed must be free to families. No sales, solicitations, or promotion of personal business is allowed.

Liability: You acknowledge that the Community Closet team and venue are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of items you provide or display.

Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, welcoming, and professional environment for families, volunteers, and other partners.

Cancellation: If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify the Community Closet team as soon as possible so arrangements can be made.

If you’re outside the Raleigh area but would like to contribute, we welcome donations of gently used or never-worn clothing. Please email us at Info@TeesMiami.org and a team member will promptly coordinate the details with you.
