RESPONSIBILITIES​ ​OF​ ​STUDENT-GUEST:  

 1. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​make​ ​my​ ​own​ ​transportation​ ​arrangements​ ​for​ ​arrival​ ​and​ ​departure​ ​to​ ​and​ ​from the​ ​host​ ​family​ ​(unless​ ​otherwise​ ​arranged).

2. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​pay the amount for​ ​my room​ ​and​ ​board​ ​monthly​ ​payment​ ​in​ ​consultation​ ​with​ ​the host​ ​family, ​​and​ ​I will pay​ ​that​ ​amount​ ​directly​ ​to​ ​Just Fabulous Care​ Corp ​at​ ​the date agreed of​ ​each​ ​month.

 3. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​learn​ ​and​ ​adhere​ ​to​ ​the​ ​expectations, ​ ​moral​ ​standards, ​ ​cultural​ ​norms, ​ ​and household​ ​rules, ​ ​including​ ​those​ ​pertaining​ ​to​ ​dress, ​ ​grooming, ​ ​bathing, ​ ​diet,​ ​privacy, smoking,​ ​drinking,​ ​communication,​ ​disagreements,​ ​bathing,​ ​visitors,​ ​resource​ ​use,​ ​and chores. 

 4. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​keep​ ​my​ ​room​ ​and​ ​bathroom​ ​clean,​and​ ​to​ ​clean​ ​up​ ​after​ ​myself​ ​in​ ​the​ ​kitchen​ ​and common​ ​areas. If not clean it will attract insects and we have to get pest control and we will charge you for that.

 5. I​ ​agree that my room will be inspected once a week  ​to make sure it's clean, and if not clean there will be a $75 charge for cleaning.

 6. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​take​ ​part​ ​in​ ​my​ ​host​ ​family’s​ activities if necessary and mealtime.

 7. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​adjust​ ​my​ ​water, ​ ​food​ ​and​ ​energy​ ​(gas,​ ​electricity)​ ​consumption​ ​to​ ​the​ ​household level.

 8. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​inform​ ​my​ ​host​ ​family​ ​of​ ​my​ ​whereabouts​ ​if you leave for overnight evenings​ ​and weekends.

 9. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​adhere​ ​to​ ​the​ ​curfew​ ​established​ ​by​ ​my​ ​host​ ​parent(s). {Reasonably}

 10. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​invite​ ​guests​ ​to​ ​the​ ​home​ ​only​ ​with​ ​the​ ​knowledge​ ​and​ ​advanced​ ​permission​ ​of​ ​the host​ ​family.

 11. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​not​ ​invite​ ​guests​ to ​overnight​ ​stays unless it approve by Host.

 12. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​respect​ ​the​ ​privacy​ ​and​ ​personal​ ​property​ ​of​ ​host​ ​family​ ​members or other students. 

 13. I​ ​agree​ ​to pay for repairs to repair​ ​or​ ​replace​ ​any​ ​damaged​ ​or​ ​lost​ ​property​ ​when​ ​it​ ​is​ ​clearly​ ​my​ ​liability.

 14. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​inform​ ​host​ ​family​ ​members​ ​of​ ​my​ ​academic​ ​responsibilities, ​ ​privacy/study​ ​needs, and​ ​any​ ​medically-substantiated​ ​dietary​ ​needs.

15. I agree NO SMOKING

16. I agree NO ALCOHOL

17. I agree NO DRUG

18. I​ ​agree​ ​to​ ​not​ ​change​ ​my​ ​host​ ​family​ ​without​ ​prior 30 days communication with host family.

19. Just Fabulous Care Corp and Host Families are not responsible for any accidents incidents, Falls that occur.

20. If you need private transportation we can provide you with car rental service.

21. If you need Private tutoring service we can provide.

22. Payments

• The student consents to make a single, non-refundable deposit of $750.00 USD.(Deposit will cover the replacement of sheets, towels, cleaning etc.) with the understanding that any damage to the room upon departure will result in additional charges to the student.  Additionally, the student agrees to pay $1650 per month for the services outlined above, with a $75 late fee for each day after the due date. This payment must be made in local currency.  

• For high school students,The homestay accommodation will not be confirmed until the first semester fee is paid in full.
   
• For College / University and Language School Students, the Homestay accommodation will not be confirmed until the placement deposit and semester / study term fees are paid in full.
   
• Homestay Placement Deposit Fee is refundable following completion of accepted homestay placement term. This fee in non-refundable in the event of student cancellation of the arranged homestay.

 

• All Payments must be Paid before you enter the Home.
   
• All payments to Just Fabulous Care Corp must be paid by either

• Cash or Cashier's Check.

 

23. ENTER AT OWN RISK ! Just Fabulous Care Corp is not responsible for any               Injuries/Accidents of any kind on the property.
