Once our research is done and your package is presented, we can add or change whatever is needed in order to perfect your vacation package. Our services include but are not limited to: Arranging travel for business and vacation customers. Determining customers need and preferences such as schedules and cost. Email/Text message alerts and/or updates Booking reservations for travel, hotels, and rental cars. Informing clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents such as passports and/or visas Making alternate booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.                                        Complete inquiry form below We will contact you via your phone preference to discuss your trip details and ensure we have all the details. Before You Book: Pricing is not guaranteed until deposit is made. Quotes will be sent within 48-72 hours of receiving inquiry and research fee payment. We accept all forms of payment minus checks. A credit authorization form will be sent to you via email for trip payments. After receiving your quote, and you do not wish to proceed please let us know. After You Book: Before submitting your deposit, everyone in the party will need to sign the insurance form sent via email. Travel insurance is non-refundable & is added to the deposit. If you have a roommate, your deposit will not be processed until they submit their deposit as well. After deposit is made, the reservation itinerary will be sent via email.
