Thank you for joining Manifestation Entertainment Incorporated for The Symposium: White Party Edition.
The Symposium was created as an intimate edutainment experience where entertainment, education, creativity, culture, business, and meaningful conversation come together.
As part of this special evening, guests will receive an exclusive look inside the creative process of Manifestation Entertainment Incorporated, including a live presentation of a selected segment from our original theatrical stage production, Lambs 2 Slaughter.
Just as with our previous table-read experience, we are inviting our guests into a creative space that would ordinarily remain private during the development and production process. Your presence represents a level of trust, and we ask that you help us protect the integrity of the work.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
By attending The Symposium and signing this acknowledgment, I understand and agree that portions of the event may contain confidential, proprietary, copyrighted, and/or unreleased creative material belonging to Manifestation Entertainment Incorporated and/or its writers, producers, performers, collaborators, and production partners.
This may include, but is not limited to, scenes, dialogue, characters, storylines, plot developments, performances, scripts, music, staging, choreography, production concepts, casting information, costumes, set concepts, creative direction, business discussions, future production plans, and other information that has not yet been released to the general public.
I agree that I will not reproduce, distribute, publish, disclose, livestream, record, photograph, post, quote, summarize, transmit, or otherwise share confidential portions of the presentation without the prior authorization of Manifestation Entertainment Incorporated.
This includes sharing confidential material through social media, podcasts, websites, blogs, interviews, livestreams, text messages, email, group chats, video platforms, or any other public or private medium.
NO UNAUTHORIZED RECORDING
I understand that photography and video may be permitted during designated portions of The Symposium.
However, when Manifestation Entertainment Incorporated announces that a presentation, performance, conversation, rehearsal, scene, or other portion of the program is confidential or restricted, I agree to immediately discontinue photography, video recording, audio recording, and livestreaming.
In particular, the presentation of unreleased material from Lambs 2 Slaughter may not be recorded or reproduced unless expressly authorized by Manifestation Entertainment Incorporated.
PLEASE ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE — WITHOUT SPOILING THE EXPERIENCE
We absolutely encourage you to tell others that you attended The Symposium, share your experience, support the performers, promote Manifestation Entertainment Incorporated, and talk about how the evening made you feel.
What we ask you not to share are the unreleased details.
Please do not reveal specific dialogue, scenes, plot developments, surprises, character revelations, production elements, or other confidential information that could diminish the experience for future audiences or compromise the development of the production.
You can share the excitement. Please protect the content.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights to Lambs 2 Slaughter and other proprietary materials presented during The Symposium remain with their respective rights holders.
Attendance at The Symposium does not grant permission or a license to copy, reproduce, adapt, perform, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any protected material presented during the event.
OUR MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING
The purpose of this agreement is not to prevent our guests from enjoying, discussing, or promoting The Symposium.
It is designed to create a safe creative environment where Manifestation Entertainment Incorporated can confidently invite supporters behind the curtain and provide exclusive access to work that is still being developed.
Your discretion allows us to continue creating experiences like this.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Acknowledgment. I voluntarily agree to respect the confidentiality of unreleased material presented during The Symposium and to refrain from unauthorized recording, reproduction, publication, or disclosure of that material.
By signing below, I understand that The Symposium may include an exclusive presentation of unreleased material from Lambs 2 Slaughter. I agree not to record, reproduce, post, livestream, disclose, or distribute confidential or unreleased portions of the production without written authorization from Manifestation Entertainment Incorporated. I acknowledge that I may receive confidential, private, or unpublished information related to this event and agree not to disclose it publicly or share it with unauthorized parties.
