I am aware that the event standard fee/non-refundable deposit is $500 (+tax) to hold and secure the date of the event. If need be rescheduled, must be within 6 months to use the same deposit. The deposit covers *Set Up (Approximately 1 hour prior event), Sterilized Disposables, Cleaning and Sanitation Before and After, Germicidal Equipment, Client tattoo bed and Workstation Set up, Professional Tattoo Designing and Tattoo Application for Event Guests Strictly above 18 Years of Age (WA State Law, no exceptions***), 4 hours of service + travel fee anywhere under 40 miles.
I am aware that if I chose to get a custom Flash sheet, it will be an additional ($100) outside of the base fee and will be payed day of event (can be pre-paid prior).
I am aware that the non-refundable deposit is forfeited if I cancel with less than 72hr notice, cancel/reschedule with less than 24hrs if covid related, or reschedule 2+ times.
I am aware that tattoo application will be on extremities only.
I am aware that the remaining cost/balance for tattoo application on guests will be completed on/at the event site by clients with cash or card, and or can be prepaid in advance upon further discussion. (tattoos are subject to WA city sales tax)
I am aware additional milage over 40 miles will be charged at an additional $2/mile.
I am aware that the minimum fee is $80, and pieces can range from $80-120(+tax, >4inches/>1hr)
I am aware that this service is for venue/larger spaced events, not for a house party.
I will be able to provide plug ins/power for lighting/machine/printer use and will have a designated area to accomodate for the work station set up.
I am aware that if anything happens/changes on the artists account of being able to show up for my inquired location, my deposit will be FULLY refundable.
I hereby declare that the information provided is true and correct. I understand that a valid government issued ID will be required to complete my booking. I hereby declare that I am not a minor and will not have minors serviced at my event. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable BUT transferable within 6 months. I understand that any dishonesty or failure to adhere to Ink Lounge Policies may result in refusal of services.
