Hello! Please ensure that you are reading through this form carefully and have read my FAQ/Policies/highlights before submitting so that you are aware of my process/what to expect and how to prepare yourself for your appointment. I am currently ONLY booking December through February . Should you be selected, my text/dm response to this submission form will include the next available appointment dates and times within your availability, and answers to any questions you may list below.

Please note I do book appointments in order of response time and deposit, so it will be first come first for slots once approved. Please do not fill this form out if you are not ready to set a deposit for your appointment.

Are you booking with a gift certificate? (please note that per GC policy: they do not have an expiration date, but can only be used when book status is open and I'm actively booking. They do give you an advantage, as they are prioritized so make sure to check this if you do. You must bring it in when getting your service done, and can be used towards the deposit but cancellation/late policies will still apply and be enforced towards it. Sales tax are added to tattoos day of, and GC funds are non-refundable)*

Policies
(Minimum) charge policy -$150. The shop minimum covers the time and expenses of a sanitary area as well as single use supplies necessary to provide a clean and safe tattoo. This applies per person/per session. Meaning if you get a tiny dot, the cost will still be of the shop minimum. If you and your friend get a tiny dot each, it will still be the minimum per person. For this reason I recommend if you want multiple tiny tattoos, to do them in one session to be cost effective for you. Please note that any tattoo that takes more than 40 minutes will automatically cost more than the minimum, and will be charged by my hourly ($200/hr) *
Cancellation policy - All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation/reschedule. If you choose to reschedule, within that time frame, your deposit may be applied to a. future appointment, but reminder that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE so if you decide not to get the tattoo anymore, you are forfeiting your deposit..*
Late policy - Please let me know if you are running late to an appointment, so try to plan ahead and book accordingly to ensure you can arrive on time. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you are forfeiting your deposit, losing your appointment and will be required to leave a new one to rebook. *
Guest policy- You may bring only guest with you to accompany you while getting tattooed. Be aware that tattoo shops are intended for adults and even an accompanied minor (16-18) may see nudity/hear adult language. Masks are not required, they are optional but please make sure to reschedule within appropriate time if you are feeling any signs of feeling ill. I am immunocompromised, and cannot afford to get sick. Please be respectful of me, my business and my clients health.*
Deposit Policy - Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE as this is a commitment to showing up to a service + my time. They will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo at your final/last session. Deposit is forfeited if you no-show an appointment, cancel with less than 48hr notice, cancel/reschedule with less than 24hrs if covid/sickness related, reschedule twice or more, book multiple tattoos and decide not to get one anymore, arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, if you arrive intoxicated or otherwise unable to be tattooed or decide not to be tattooed at all. Please note, if you book multiple tattoos & decide not to get one or more anymore, you are forfeiting half of your deposit*

Returning to work with a new baby, I have a new strict schedule to accommodate. Every other Wednesday, Thursday-Saturdays. (Please note weekends do fill up quickest, so if you have other/more availability or could make something else work, please note it/consider it)

How can I book a touch up?

I include one free touch up for my work within 6 months of your appointment. If you are looking for just a touch up from someone else's work, it will count as a normal submission whenever my books are open or when I have cancellations. Bookings for touch ups of my work are open year round BUT this appointment is for touch ups only; meaning I will not add any additional tattoos during this time. If you'd prefer to get a touch up DURING a new appointment, please note it in the extra comments on this new submission. To schedule a touch up appointment: Please send me a dm/text with your name/availability and a current photo of your tattoo/details about what you are looking to get touched up. I do prioritize and squeeze in these appointments.
When will I know if my submission was or wasn't accepted?

Because of demand/the volume on inquiries I receive every time I open my books, I cannot respond immediately to each proposal. I ask for up 3 days- 1 week to get a response, if you haven’t heard from me in that time frame it means my schedule has been filled for the booking period, and you’re automatically on a wait list. Feel free to reach out for any questions or wish to not be considered anymore. Most Submissions are carefully looked through and considered but at the end of the day I take on what best reflects me/my style, and up until I fill my availability. Please note I usually prefer to do fresh projects; meaning I don't prioritize cover ups, yet still take SOME.) If you have no showed/or I've reached out about not being the right fit for you (banned), please do not continue to re submit inquiries.
What is your rate?

I have a $150 shop minimum ( >> 40 minutes), longer than that my hourly rate is $200/hr. & $175/hr on full creative freedom projects.
How much will the non-refundable deposit be?

$100 | +$50/day for multiple sessions/larger projects.
Payment methods accepted?

Deposits will be done through Apple Pay/Zelle. Please note that they are required to hold the slot. For this reason I cannot hold dates/times, and until confirmed, they will be available on a first come first basis. Day of Cash or card only, Cash is preferred but card is accepted as well. Please note that tattoos are subject to sales tax (card)

Please have lots of patience, it will take me a bit to review the submitted proposals and get back to the approved projects. Only booking 3 months at a time, means I only have so much availability. If your project isnt chosen this time, please dont be discouraged. You can feel free to keep trying and or attempt to get in on a last minute cancellation that gets posted on my instagram story on a first come first basis.
