When form has been processed an Ezidebit form will be sent out to you to complete.

Payments will be processed every Wednesday for direct debits.

Casual payments - Please pay prior to sessions through bank transfer, PayID or eftpos.
CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 'No Lock in Contract' however, If you wish to cancel your membership please speak to our admin and we can process this for you.

Class and Personal Training Session:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or session.

If a class or session is not cancelled within 24 hours, payment will still be required, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellations due to medical or emergency reasons may be considered on a case-by-case basis (supporting evidence may be required).

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

Memberships are non-refundable once processed

This is an important document which affects your legal rights and obligations. Read it carefully and do not sign it unless you are satisfied that you understand it. If you have any questions please ask an Instinct Boxing and Fitness representative.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK, INJURY AND OBLIGATIONS

I acknowledge that Boxing is a dangerous recreational activity and that by participating in it I am exposed to certain risks.
I acknowledge and understand that whilst participating in Boxing
- I may be injured, physically or mentally, or my personal property may be lost or damaged.
- Other persons participating in Boxing may cause me injury or may damage my property, or I may cause injury to other persons or damage their property.
- The conditions in which the activity is conducted may vary without warning.
- I may be injured or suffer damage to my property as a result of the negligence or breach of contract of Instinct Boxing and Fitness.
- I assume the risk of and responsibility for any injury, death or property damage resulting from my participation in Boxing.
RELEASE AND INDEMNITY TO Instinct Boxing and Fitness

In consideration of the acceptance of my payment for participating in Boxing I agree to release and indemnify Instinct Boxing and Fitness as follows:
- I participate in the activity of Boxing at my sole risk and responsibility.
- I release, indemnify and hold harmless Instinct Boxing and Fitness, its employees and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
I ALSO AGREE THAT in the event that I am injured or my property is damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against Instinct Boxing and Fitness in respect of that injury or damage.
Before signing this document I have read and understood it and know that it affects my legal rights.

WHERE PARTICIPANT IN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

I being the parent or guardian of in this acknowledgement and release HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:
- I have read the whole of this document and understand it.
- I consent to the person named in this acknowledgement and release participating in the activity of Boxing.
- I am aware of the risk, dangers, and obligations set out above in this acknowledgement and release.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the person named in this Acknowledgement and Release being accepted to participate in Boxing I agree to release and indemnify Instinct Boxing and Fitness in the same manner and to the same effect and extent as if I were the person first named in this Acknowledgement and Release and the person participating in Boxing.
