Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

You are ready to set up your hairstyling appointments and we are ready to assist you! The purpose of this agreement is to confirm the services to be rendered for the wedding party along with the name(s) of those responsible for services provided by Insula Hair Studio. This agreement must be completed and returned before the services will be reserved. All bookings are on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and a deposit to secure them.

• Services are expected to start & end at agreed upon timeline. Any additional time will be calculated and charged at a rate of $50 per 30mins.

• Please consider bringing your own products if you have allergies

• Please arrive for your appointment with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed by us

• Wearing a button-down shirt is suggested

• Remember to bring your headpiece and/or veil, and any other hair accessories.

We would be honored to have your permission to take pictures (for the purpose of advertising) of you and your wedding party’s hair and/or makeup on your wedding day.*

Trial Schedule
We highly recommend a wedding trial to be scheduled at least 1 month prior to your wedding day.

During this appointment you will share all your wedding hair ideas and determine your ultimate hair style. Together, you and your wedding hair artist decide where the wedding hair accessories will be placed and discuss if hair extensions will be used to complete the final bridal hair style.

When you come in for your trial, we recommend that you bring

• Your headpiece

• Pictures of hairstyles and makeup that you like

• A picture of your dress

• Someone who’s opinion you value

Also, it is advised to wear something white & have your makeup on to get an idea of the overall look.

The wedding hair trial is part of our Mobile Hair Services. Where would you like the appointment to take place?
Payment

In full consideration of all services provided by the Hair Artist of Insula Hair Studio, the client agrees to make all invoiced service costs in Canadian Dollars. Client agrees to pay travel fee included in quote and any parking fees incurred at venue. Based upon customized quoted price, the client will pay a deposit of 50% of total services by cash or email money transfer. This balance paid will be credited toward the total service balance. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any requests to make changes to the contract must be submitted to Insula Hair Studio no later than one month (30 days) prior to wedding date, there are no guarantees that requests will be approved.
