Thank you for wanting to volunteer at The Micah Ministry! This form helps us to ensure we have enough volunteers to help sort clothing and other donations that we get in through out the week, as well as prepare for the coming Monday evening service.

If you have other adults joining you, please have them fill out this form individually. There will be a shareable option once you've completed the form. There is a link that will allow you to email the form to them at the conclusion of your form submission.

If you have children attending with you, you can provide further information for them on this form under the "Minors" section.

Minors

Anyone up to 13 years old must stay accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the service. We do not have a minimum age limit, but please use your best judgement when having a small child join you to volunteer. This is a very fast paced environment with up to 600 individuals present. We want your child to be safe and accounted for at all times. If you have students from a school or organization joining you, please list minors between the ages of 13-17 in this section as well.
