    Food Vendor Fee $150

    • Must have a valid permit to operate from Spokane Regional Health District, and recent Health Inspection Reports on file

    Basic Vendor Fee $50

    • Comes with 6ft table and 2 chairs
    • May bring your own table and 2 chairs. 

    Additional 6 ft table and 2 chairs Fee $25 

    *You may bring your own awning or tent to cover your table. (Max size 10x10)

  • After Vendor form is received by the Inland Northwest Juneteenth Coalition, you will be invoiced for payment based on your Vendor type and if you need table and chair rental.

  • About the Event

    Thank You for being apart of the Spokane 2026 Juneteenth Park Celebration.
    An event brought to you by the Inland Northwest Juneteenth Coalition.

    The park celebration will be a vibrant and inclusive event designed for guests of all ages. This family-centered, fully accessible celebration is free of charge and promises a rich experience for everyone. A diverse range of vendors will be present, providing valuable resources and information from community organizations.

    Important Vendors Information

    2026 Juneteenth Vendor Rules & Agreement

    • Please be aware of the weather forecast and plan accordingly, Juneteenth Celebration occurs rain or shine.
    • Vendors can begin setting up their booth at 10:00 am. Vendor booth should to be set up by 11:30 am and vehicles removed. No vehicles will be allowed near the set up after 11:00 am.
    • The event begins at 12:00pm and ends at 4:00pm.
    • Vendors must stay set up for the entire event.
    • Vendor's space is 10 X 10; must bring their own tents, covering, display stands, tablecloths, and other items needed to successfully operate for the event.
    • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area which includes litter from their booth site.
    • The Spokane Police Department reserves the right to escort vendors from the celebration, if they are not in compliance with Juneteenth Festival Rules.
    • INWJC will not allow any illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages. Any weaponry including but not limited to guns, bows, arrows, swords, knives. Any merchandise with vulgar, offensive language or gestures that is deemed inappropriate. This includes t-shirts, pictures, mugs, posters, audiotapes, etc. No loud music or megaphones/ microphones. 
    • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION, if you do not have a permit from the City of Spokane.
    • Food vendors, please read over the City of Spokane Health Guidelines.
    • Vendors agree not to reassign, sublet or share any part of its assigned space with any individual, organization or group.
    • Any vendor who sublets or sells space will be removed from the Juneteenth Park Celebration and all fees will be forfeited and they will not be allowed to participate in future years.
    • All vendors will be assigned a specific location you will be notified via email on June 17th, 2026
    • INWJC reserves the right to reject applications from vendors who have not followed our rules, in prior years.
    • Vendors must have the vendor application and fees paid in full by June 16th, 2026 at 11:59pm. This fee is non- refundable, no exceptions.
    • Electricity and WIFI are not supplied for this event.
    • All vendors must bring trash bags and trash containers to set up near their booth, again vendor’s areas must be kept clean throughout the day.
    • Booths will be spaced apart and will be confirmed with the following criteria fulfilled.
  • REQUIRED AGREEMENT

    By submitting this form, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Inland Northwest Juneteeth Coalition, 13514 W. Sunset Hwy #509, Airway Heights, Washington 99001, and its agents, volunteers, and officers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may be incurred as a result of your participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Vendor/Releaser or otherwise.

    You understand that the Inland Northwest Juneteenth Coalition does not provide any insurance coverage for vendor participants for any circumstances arising from participation in this event or any activity associated with or facilitating that participation.

    You agree to abide by all 2026 Spokane Juneteenth Park Celebration Vendor Rules. Once this application and agreement are completed, please keep a copy of all signed documents for your records
