Season 7 of the Move to Millions Podcast is about what happens when success is no longer the problem.

It’s for CEOs and leaders who have built something real and are realizing that the old ways of pushing, positioning, proving, or hustling no longer work at the level they’re being called to.

This season features conversations with guests who are comfortable exploring what comes after achievement—where leadership becomes internal, capacity matters more than tactics, and growth requires a deeper relationship with self, identity, and nervous system safety.

We are especially drawn to guests who speak from lived experience rather than theory, and who understand that sustainable wealth, impact, and legacy are built through embodied leadership rather than performance.

We’re less interested in what you teach and more interested in how you lead when things get quiet.

Hi, I’m Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon, God Girl, philanthropist, wife and CEO of the multi-7-figure Inc.5000 recognized business transformation company, Incredible One Enterprises. I created the Move to Millions Podcast for one reason - to normalize wealth and legacy for today’s entrepreneur. This podcast will help millions-minded entrepreneurs, whom we refer to as Legacy-Led CEOs and business owners navigate the journey to and beyond the million mark. Each week, you’ll hear life changing solo insights, business makeovers or powerful interviews sharing mic-dropping nuggets that meet at the convergence of spiritual principles and business growth strategy. Know that just by listening your income is going up! I believe that if you didn’t come from millions, millions should come from you and to access them all you have to do is MOVE.

You'll be a great guest for the podcast if:

• You're an entrepreneur who has crossed the million dollar mark in their own business 
• You have a fascinating story to share 
• You will be open and candid about the highs and lows of your own move to millions journey
• You know how to give a great interview
• You know how to share your story so that it creates transformation for others
• You use professional equipment/lighting/camera/microphone
• You aren't looking to come and promote you and your services - we don't do that here.  We have honest, candid conversations that will help to move our listeners to millions. I do not prefab questions and will stop an interview that is moving in the direction of promotional

If you're accepted to be a guest, here's what you'll be expected to do:

• Listen to an episode of the podcast to get a sense of Darnyelle's style of interviewing
• Rate and review the podcast on Apple Podcasts or Spotify (and send us a screen shot - your episode will not go live until you do)
• Share your podcast interview and episode with your online community
• Be honest, authentic and communicative
• Focus on one of our 8 pillars: Strategy, Sales, Systems, Support, Success Mindset, SElf Care, Soul Leadership or Sovereignty (legacy)
• Be prepared to film a video ready interview for your episode on one of our recording days

As a Guest of the MOVE to Millions Business Podcast ("Podcast"), I consent to the audio and video recording of my voice, name, and image as part of my appearance on the Podcast. I further consent to the distribution and broadcast of my appearance, including any information and content I provide, to Darnyelle Jervey Harmon ("Podcaster") in audio, video, or text form without restriction.

I further acknowledge and agree:

(a) I will receive no monetary compensation for my appearance. The consideration I receive for executing this release shall be the exposure I receive to the audience of the Podcast.

(b) I am granting the Podcaster a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to publish any copyrighted work I supply as part of my appearance on the Podcast.

(c) I am waiving any intellectual property claims including, but not limited to, trademark and copyright infringement claims, associated with personal or business interests discussed during my appearance on the Podcast.

(d) I am waiving any right to publicity and privacy claims, and agree my name, likeness, and business information may be used by Podcaster in the episode in which I appear and future reproductions as well as the marketing materials supporting the Podcast in general.

(e) That Podcaster is the sole owner of any all rights to the Podcast, including the episode in which I appear. I further acknowledge and agree that Podcaster has the right to edit the content of my appearance and publish the same in any media now and in the future without first obtaining my approval.

(f) I am releasing and discharging Podcaster together along with all of the Podcaster’s principals, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with my appearance on the Podcast or the subsequent reproduction and distribution of the episode in which I appear in any medium.

Podcaster grants Guest a royalty-free, worldwide, license and right to publish the Podcast episode in which Guest appears on Guest's website or app and promote said episode in all of Guest’s social media accounts.
