To host an Iowa USSSA Event, please submit completed request form
To Host an Iowa USSSA Tournament:

Host must complete one request form per event

1. Complete and submit the Tournament Request Form

2. Create a USSSA Director account with USSSA (for new directors without USSSA director clearance).

3. Create event on dc.usssa.com

Once items 1 - 3 are completed and approved, email bob@iowausssa.com to display event to public on usssa.com

Tournament Completion:

1. Enter all games scores, results and placing for all teams in the tournament.

2. Pay all team and tournament sanction fees.

Once items 1 - 2 are completed, Iowa USSSA Baseball will display results to the public.

HOST OBLIGATIONS
Hosting An Iowa USSSA Tournament Agreement:

The Group / Company / Agency and Tournament Director stated on the is form is herein described as and will herein be known as the Host.

Host agrees not to adverstise as a USSSA Sanctioned event until the event has approved and made public at www.usssa.com

Host agrees to verify all teams participating in event are registered with USSSA for the current season.

Host agrees not to sanction a USSSA event with any other Association, Federation and / or league.

The Host agrees the event will be played by the policies and procedures set forth with USSSA Bylaws. The Host agrees any special rules associated with the tournament must be submitted in writing to the State Director for review and approval. If approved, all teams will be informed of these rules upon entering the event.

The Host agrees to have in writing and posted on tournament website, a detailed weather and entry refund policy.

The Host agrees to complete placing for tournament on dc.usssa.com within 24 hours upon the completion of the last scheduled game.

The Host agrees to comply with all reasonable requests from the State Director.

The Host agrees to pay Iowa USSSA Baseball agreed upon State fee / per team.

The Host agrees to pay Iowa USSSA Baseball all appropriate USSSA Sanction fees.
- State Qualifier: $200 / tournament
- One Day: $100 / tournament (charged per event ID)
- NIT: $850 / tournament
- Global Sports NIT: $850 / tournament
As the Host, I have completely read and agree to meet all obligations for hosting an Iowa USSSA Baseball Event. I fully understand that I am set to the highest standards in hosting the event and I will do all in my power to uphold the Positive reputation of Iowa USSSA Baseball.
