2026 TEAM CLASSIFICATION PETITION FORM

The State Office will NOT move a team down in classification. A team must request to be moved down in class.
Teams may petition their team's current classification by completing and submitting this form
Once form is submitted, the Iowa USSSA State Office will review petition and respond by email with decision on classification request within 7 days.
Teams must have their roster online and updated before a petition will be processed.
