USSSA Baseball Tournament Request

To Host a USSSA Tournament:

1. Complete and submit the Tournament Request Form

2. Create a USSSA Director account with USSSA (for new directors without USSSA director clearance).

3. Create event on dc.usssa.com

Once items 1 - 3 are completed and approved, email bob.egr@usssa.org to display event to public on usssa.com

Tournament Completion:

1. Enter all games scores, results and placing for all teams in the tournament.

2. Pay all team and tournament sanction fees.

Once items 1 - 2 are completed, USSSA Baseball will display results to the public.

USSSA Tournament Host Agreement
The Group, Company, Agency, and Tournament Director named on this form are collectively called the "Host."

The Host agrees to:
1. Wait for approval – Not advertise the event as a USSSA event until it's approved and posted on usssa.com.
2. Verify teams – Confirm all participating teams are registered with USSSA for the current season.
3. Stay exclusive – Not sanction or advertise the event with any other association, federation, or league.
4. Follow the rules – Run the event according to USSSA Baseball rules and bylaws.
5. Get special rules approved – Submit any special tournament rules in writing to the State Director for approval. If approved, inform all teams of these rules when they enter the event.
6. Post key policies – Publish a detailed weather policy and entry refund policy in writing on the tournament website.
7. Post final standings – Enter final placings on dc.usssa.com within 24 hours of the last scheduled game.
8. Pay team fees – Pay USSSA all team fees (fees collected per participating team) within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.
9. Pay sanction fees – Pay USSSA all applicable sanction fees within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.
10. Allow online payment – Allow and encourage teams to register and pay online through the USSSA entry and payment portal.
11. Verify umpires – Confirm all umpires officiating the event have passed the current year's USSSA background check.
