REMINDER TO APPLICANT (PLEASE READ) :

1. Starting Week-3 (28 October 2024 )
Course adding, student will be charged RM50 per application (Penalty) without any valid reason.
Course dropping within this period, FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE/ CARRY FORWARD

2. Starting Week-4 (4 November 2024), adding /dropping of subject (s) has to be endorsed by Deputy Vice-Chancellors Academic and International.

3. It is your responsibility to check whether your courses have been updated and the examination slip coincides with the remaining units and courses.

4. Fees Regulation: Courses dropped during week 1 & 2 :- Eligible for fee credit. Fees are not refundable or credited after the Week-2.

5. Payment of additional fee: The amount you required to pay will be shown in your CampusOnline portal within three (3) working days after your application is endorsed by your respective School/ Centre/ Institute.

Please log in Campus Online Portal > Click FIS@USM > Click My Account > Click irecord > Click Bayar(Pay)

6. Registration for Malaysian Culture & Malay Language course (LKM111) is NOT ALLOWED AFTER 27 OCTOBER 2024.
