This Waiver of Liability releases Island Buzz Tours Nevis, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates
(hereafter “the Company”) from all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the selected activity, whether conducted on or off property.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
o I understand and accept that participation in the selected activity involves inherent risks, which may include but are not limited to: cuts, scratches, sprains, broken limbs, allergic reactions, drowning, animal or marine life encounters, severe injury, or even death.
o I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity, fully aware of these risks.
2. Health & Fitness
o I affirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate in this activity.
o I do not have any condition, medical or otherwise, that would increase my likelihood of injury while participating.
3. Release of Liability
o I hereby release and hold harmless Island Buzz Tours Nevis and its staff from any and all liability, including financial responsibility, for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages incurred, whether arising from my own actions or the actions of others..
4. Legal Waiver
o I waive any right to pursue legal action against the Company, in any jurisdiction worldwide, for any reason connected to participation in this activity.
5. Participant Responsibilities
o I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the Company.
o I will ask for clarification if I do not understand any instruction.
o I acknowledge that failure to sign this waiver will result in denial of participation in the activity.
