**To remove a joint owner from a current account, ALL current primary and joint owners need to sign and submit this form before the joint owner may be removed.

If you are wanting to remove an Authorized Signer from an Organizational account, then the president of the organization or the advisor of the group needs to fill out this form. We also need a signed letter from the president or advisor attached to this electronic form that states the name of the person being removed.
