OPERATIONS

Now you need to get the ticket holders inside your venue.
Event day access control is the heart of the event. After several month's planning and marketing the public now need to arrive and enjoy the event. Herewith a guideline:
- Scanning (we supply staff and hardware @ additional costs)
  - 1 x scanner per 1500 people in 2 hours
  - 2 x scanners per 1000 people in 30mins
  - 4 x scanners per 1000 people in 20mins
  - Multiple day festivals will have a unique Ops requirement. To be discussed in detail.
- Sales (we supply cash handling, card machines, staff, pre printed tickets, reports)
  - Small event - 2 sales staff
  - Medium event - 3 sales staff
  - Large event - 4 sales staff
  - A compulsory manager will always be present to oversee the sales process.
- Do your own scanning
  - iTickets has a Free App on Apple IOS store.
  - This app helps you to do your own scanning at your event.
  - Simply make uses of your own volunteers, Iphone, Ipad or Ipod
  - Notify us about this before tickets go on sale. (we should activate a QR code on your event's tickets)
