Rental Application for In This Moment Therapy Studio

Apply to rent our intentionally curated healing studio for one-on-one sessions or small group classes (limited to 6–7 participants maximum). This space is designed to support grounded, heart-centered, trauma-aware work and is best suited for aligned practitioners who value integrity, professionalism, clear communication, and respect for sacred space. Available for short-term rental from April 5th through July 1st during maternity leave. Included amenities: hot towel warmer, massage table (if needed), 6 yoga mats, blankets, cushions, Bluetooth speaker, and ambient star lighting. Licensed and insured practitioners only. We are seeking someone who will care for this space with the same presence and reverence with which it was created. Please note: the studio is located downstairs and requires navigating a small flight of stairs (approximately 5–6 steps). Unfortunately, the building is not ADA accessible. Hourly rental rate: $50 per hour. 50% deposit is due upon booking, remaining balance due day of rental. Payment terms and scheduling details will be outlined in the rental agreement upon approval.
