Terms and Conditions of Be Great Ambassador Agreement - itsJoeDempsey
A. As a Be Great Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:
1. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
I will promote and market itsJoeDempsey merchandise to customers.
Receive test/wear/model and post about merchandise on Socialnetworks (posts, pictures, videos, share brand message on Social networks
Receive new merch and promote them for promotions we create or to be used as merchandise images.
Share content using itsJoeDempsey brand hashtags: #BeGreat, #Growth, #Resiliency, #Excellence, #Authenticity, #Truth
2. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company's Social Media networks.
3. I will receive a 20% discount on any itsJoeDempsey merchandise when placing an order using my exclusive Brand Ambassador affiliate code that was assigned to me.
4. I will receive a 15% commission on any itsJoeDempsey merchandise order placed using my exclusive Be Great Brand Ambassador referral code that was assigned to me.
If orders are submitted without using my Be Great Brand Ambassador referral code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
5. I will not share my Brand Ambassador promotion code with anyone else unless I have gained explicit consent from the itsJoeDempsey Marketing Team.
6. I will not sell itsJoeDempsey merchandise on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
7. I will protect the company's trademark by not reproducing the company's name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of itsJoeDempsey.
8. I will promote itsJoeDempsey merchandise on Social Media accounts by posting appropriate photos of the merchandise. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of "appropriate" photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my Social
9. I will post 2 original post per week on my social media accounts and tag #BeGreat in each post that relates to the #BeGreat lifestyle. I understand that in addition to my 2 post per week requirement, I have permission to repost an existing post by itsJoeDempsey.
10. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the itsJoeDempsey. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Be Great Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit all promotional codes effective immediately.
11. If I choose to leave the Be Great Brand Ambassador program, any photos sent to itsJoeDempsey will remain in their database to use on their Social Media platforms and marketing campaigns.
12. If the company terminates the Be Great Brand Ambassador program, I have 10 days to use my exclusive promotional code.
13. I must be an ACTIVE* Be Great Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
14. I agree that the itsJoeDempsey reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
