1. We will not assume liability for misrouted packages due to incorrect information stated in this form. Please make sure to enter your details correctly.

2. After completing the form, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Please make sure that you tell us the best way to contact you so we can send you updates regarding your order.

3. Cancellation of orders is strictly NOT ALLOWED. It will only be allowed when the item is out of stock.

4. Do not proceed with check-out if you are not 100% sure of buying. Joy reservers and scam buyers will not be tolerated and will be banned. If you have questions, you can check with our staff and we will be happy to assist you.

5. Patience is one of our virtues. We always make sure to update our clients as regularly as we can and adhere to our target dates. However, local courier delays are out of our control. Kindly extend us your patience as well.

6. Packaging fees might apply. We will inform you if there will be an additional fee for your order to be packaged.

7. For J&T and LBC shipments, we will inform you of the shipping fee beforehand and will require the full fee before shipping your orders. Unpaid shipping fees will cause unshipped orders. For same day delivery, we will book the delivery for you and you can pay the delivery fee directly to the rider. 

8. We will send you a video or picture of your packaged order before shipment. We will not assume liability for packages that will be damaged due to courier mishandling. Please let us know if you would opt for us to get insurance for you when booking the shipment. Additional costs will apply. 

9. We will only be offering refunds for incorrect items that will be shipped to you. Kindly provide the necessary proof to be eligible. Kindly read the terms and conditions carefully.
