The less detail in your description, I will take as more creative freedom for myself. I am taking requests for black and grey realism, black and color traditional. Explain tattoo area as (forearm, calf, above elbow, etc.).

Pre-Procedure Questions* This field is required.Anything about you that I need to know! *Examples: "I have fainted while being tattooed." Skin conditions (Rashes, eczema, freckles, etc.) Allergic reactions (metals, inks, creams, latex, etc.). Take any blood thinning medications (anticoagulants such as warfarin, aspirin or immuno-suppressants). Are you pregnant nursing or have diabetes, epilepsy or any blood-related diseases.

Submit Your Tattoo Request* This field is required.Please make sure everything is filled out correctly and photos are attached! Failure to correctly fill out the form will result in your submission being denied. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to all terms in my FAQ. Keep an eye on your EMAIL as that’s where all contact for bookings will be directed. Unfortunately, I am not able to take on every submission and can only book so many people. If your concept is something that does not fit my current focus/style/portfolio, I will decline the proposal. Please know that this isn't personal. I am always happy to offer recommendations or other artists that may be available to fit your request.
