    1.  Please enter their name and pertinent information.

    2.  When registering a child 17 years or younger, please enter age at Reunion as well as their grade level in the coming school year.

    3.  Please check the "Sponsored Child" box if the child you are registering is not your immediate family member, but your are taking responsibilty for the child at this reunion. Please complete the Designation of Responsible Adult form for each child you are sponsoring.  A pdf is available on last page of registration.

  • Saturday, July 18 at 4:00 p.m. to Saturday, July 25 at noon.

    Below are the registration fees for reunion.  To keep the costs down for members of Inland West Mission Center a subsidy has added from the IWMC Camping Fund.  This subsidy is included in the price listed. For full price registration see the registrar as you check in at Reunion. The registration fees include supplies, guest ministry and fees to the Samish Campground for housing and meals.

    Fee is for each person per night – meals included:                       

    E cabin (12 yrs & up) *                       $54.00  ($378.00 for whole camp)
    Rustic cabin &  (12 yrs & up)*             $51.00  ($357.00 for whole camp)
    RV space or Tent                                $45.00  ($315.00 for whole camp)
    Daily Additional Adult (12 yrs & up)   $40.00  ($280.00 for whole camp)
    Daily Youth (6-11 yrs)                        $32.00  ($224.00 for whole camp)
    Daily Child (5 & Under)                          $  0      ($ 0 for whole camp)

    *Housing rates for first two adults (age 12 & up), additional occupants charged daily rates based on their age.

    Drop-In Attendee (includes one meal, no overnight stay)

    Ages 12 & Up-$ 13         Youth (6-11)-$7

          Child (5 & under)-Free

    Please note that again this year we are going away from the free-will offering for reunion.  All campers will be charged the registration fees shown.  We do not want this way of collecting funds for the reunion to keep people from coming.  If there is a need, we would encourage people to apply for a campership.  Please go the the Mission Center website for a campership application form.

  • Housing Needs:

  • E-cabins will be in high demand every year. They will be assisgned based on need and first come-first serve basis.   Please make sure that you included your reason for requesting an e-cabin.  We will do our best to fill the needs but may have to turn down requests if the cabins are filled.  Also, there may be a need for individuals to share an E-cabin to best utilitze the space. E-cabins will be reserved for those attending the full reunion.

  • Designation of Responsible Adult Form

    Print, complete and sign Designation of Responsible Adult form if sponsoring a child. You may email the completed form to Michelle Phillips at mphillips@cofchrist.org with the subject line "Samish Reunion 2026" or bring the completed forms to camp with you and provide them when you check in.
