• Terms and Conditions

  • The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Jai Designz. You (the client) are responsible for reading the terms and conditions before booking a service. By booking with Jai Designz, you (the client) are demonstrating that you have read, fully comprehended, and agreed to Jai Designz' terms and conditions. All work will be carried out by Jai Designz under the understanding that you have demonstrated your agreement to these terms and conditions.

    HOURS OF OPERATION

    Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM excluding holidays

    PAYMENTS

    We accept Zelle and Apple Pay. All payments must be submitted up front (immediately after form submission) for orders $350 and under in order for the service to begin. Failure to submit payment within 24 hours will result in a courtesy penalty. If you book again and fail to submit payment within 24 hours, your service will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to book again.

    DEPOSITS

    If your order is over $350, you must send a 50% non-refundable deposit immediately after submission. Your service will not begin until the depsoit has been received. If client has paid a non-refundable deposit, the final payment must be submitted at time of completion. If final payment has not been received 7 business days post completion, the service will be terminated and all sales will be final.

    REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS

    Jai Designz does NOT issue refunds under any circumstance. Please be sure that you want to book your service before form submission. If for any reason the client decides to cancel a service, a refund will not be issued due to queued or produced work. If a client has paid a partial or full payment, no refund will be provided.

    If the client decides to cancel, all work will remain in the ownership and property of Jai Designz and will not be transferred to the client. If partial work has been received by the client and the client decides to cancel, no refund will be issued. If project is complete and client submitted a partial payment, ownership will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

    COMMUNICATION

    All communication is done via email only. Under few circumstances, we will communicate via SMS. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. Some services require additional information upon form submission. All information will be requested via email in 1-2 business days after form submission. The requested information must be sent back within 5 business days, or the client will be moved to the bottom of the queue. 

    TURNAROUND TIME

    Jai Designz works to ensure all turnaround times are met. However, turnaround times can be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. The turnaround time for a service will not begin until all required information has been provided by the client.

    Turnaround time varies for each service. Please refer to your form submission to check your service's turnaround time.

    PROOFS + REVISIONS

    All services are provided with design proofs. Proofs are for approval purposes only. All proofs will come with a stamped watermark and will be removed once client chooses the final look.

    Jai Designz allows a 3 revision limit. After the limit has been reached, an additional fee of $10 is required per revision. Example, POV: you've received your logo proofs and given this response, "I like the first one the most, but can you change the font, color, and placement of one of the words?" The 3 revision limit has been reached, and any revisions after will be $10 per revision.

    FINAL FILES

    Final files are sent in JPG, PNG, and/or PDF. Other formats can be sent over per request. Logos can be sent over in black and/or white, free of charge. Other colors will result in a $15 fee per color.

    GHOSTING CLAUSE

    What is a ghosting clause? When the client submits a form and is actively communicating during the design process then all of a sudden stops responding without notice, that is considered ghosting. If the client goes 7 business days without responding, I will send out a follow up to ensure the client is still committed to the process. If client does not respond within 3 business days, the project will be terminated with no refunds issued. If client would like to continue the design process within 60 days, a restart fee of $75 will be charged before the design process resumes. If client fails to pay restart fee, all work will remain in ownership and the property of Jai Designz.

    TERMINATION OF SERVICE

    Jai Designz has the right to terminate a service if:

    1. the above terms and conditions are not followed.
    2. the client is disrespectful, verbally abusive, and unprofessional with the designer.
    3. the client is indecisive and constantly changing the design with no intent to pay excessive revision fees.

    The client has the right to terminate a service if Jai Designz does not fulfill the specified turnaround time. Client must keep in mind that their response times heavily influences the turnaround time. Example: If the designer sends proofs on the 5th and client does not respond until the 7th, that is one business day that can not be accounted for in the turnaround time as the designer has no control over when the client responds. If the client terminates the service for any other reason, Jai Designz will not issue a refund.
