Youth Coaching Client Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding with enrollment.
By enrolling in any youth coaching program offered through The Speak Feed Lead Project, you are entering into an agreement with Jackie Bailey / The Speak Feed Lead Project, a nonprofit organization.
Your payment is made directly to The Speak Feed Lead Project and is considered a contribution that supports mission-driven youth leadership, communication, confidence-building, and personal development programs. Please consult your tax professional regarding any potential tax-deductible eligibility.
If the Client is under 18 years of age, this agreement must be accepted by a Parent or Legal Guardian.

- Full payment (or an agreed payment plan) is required prior to the start of the program unless otherwise arranged with the Coach.
- All payments are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
- Enrollment may be paused once during the program term for up to six (6) months. After this period, the program must be resumed or will be considered forfeited without refund.
