30-minute weekly swim lessons offered at our home located at 92 Pencarrow Road, Tamahere, in a heated, outdoor pool. Homeschool Lessons are held on Mondays 9am-12pm. School going Lessons are held on Mon - Thurs between 3pm-6pm. Term 1, 2026 dates: 2 Feb 2026 - 2 April 2026. (9 weeks.) HOLIDAY BLOCK COURSE 26 January 2026 to 30 January 2026.

Terms & Conditions

Fees – Fee’s are payable upfront at the start of the Term to be paid in cash or via bank transfer to: J Reid 03-1318-0111-039-000 ref: SWIM code: last name

Fee Structure – effective 1 October 2025. Fees are calculated on a cost of $18 per lesson and charged on a Term basis.

One Child	$18 x 9 lessons = $162
Two Children	$18 x 9 lessons = $324
Three Children	$18 x 9 lessons less 10 % discount = $437
Four Children	$18 x 9 lessons less 15 % discount - $550

TERM DATES:

Term 1, 2026 dates: 2 February 2026 - 2 April 2026 (9 weeks)

HOLIDAY BLOCK COURSE (26 January 2026 - 30 January 2026)

$85 per child, for the week.

Make Up Lessons - Make up lessons may be claimed if we have been notified in advance, the booking is current and if fees are paid in full. We cannot guarantee the availability of make-up lessons. They will only be provided if there are spaces available in the appropriate class. One make up lesson per month (per booking) may be offered for sickness. Make up lessons will not necessarily be with the original instructor. Make up lessons can only be booked after the date of absence. Credit is not available as an alternative. Make up classes cannot be rescheduled once booked and if missed cannot be booked again. Make up lessons may not be transferred to another family member.

Swimwear - Appropriate swimwear to be worn by all swimmers. (We do not recommend large rash shirts and baggy shorts as this restricts movement and can hinder swim progression). All swimmers require goggles and must wear caps if they have long hair which tends to obstruct their vision or breathing.

Privacy Act - Personal information collected by the Whippa Snapper Swim School is for the primary purpose of membership requirements and coach information. It will not be released for any form of commercial gain and will be maintained in a secure environment as per the requirements of the Privacy Act.

Once you submit your registration form, kindly make payment for the term. A confirmation e-mail will be sent out before the Term starts, confirming your child(rens) booked time slots.
