This is a fundraiser for Grune Heidi Farm Rescue (www.gruneheidifarmrescue.org),The Arabian Horse Foundation (www.thearabianhorsefoundation.org), Georgia Arabian Horse Association (www.georgia-arabian.com), & University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine's DSLD Research (https://gail.uga.edu/giving/cvm/dr-halper-giving-page).
Educational Equestrian Vendor or Sponsor - $10.00 Donation Per Person
Educational Equestrian Vendor (Saddle fitter, physiotherapist, trainer, coach, chiropractor, massage therapist, bit fitter, nutritionist, certified equine rehab, Arabian horse historian/researcher, etc.) that will supply educational material for attendees: $5.00 donation
Equestrian Product Vendor or Sponsor - $15.00 Donation per Person
Equestrian Product Vendor (apparel, gift items, tack, photographer, equine/equestrian equipment, equine/equestrian supplies, etc.): $10.00 donation
Non-Equestrian/Non-Equine Related Vendor or Sponsor - $30.00 Donation per Person
Non-equestrian/non-equine related vendor: $30.00 donation. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR APPROVAL FIRST BEFORE submitting form/payment. Please Note: If we have a large response for vendors, we will prioritize equine related businesses first and those that focus on education and/or the Arabian Horse. Event is RAIN OR SHINE. We have plenty of space in the covered barn areas and the covered arena, if needed. Please note there will be NO refunds if the event is cancelled due to an emergency as it is a fundraiser. If you would like to donate a raffle item or offer a raffle at your table/booth let us know and we will include it with the event information. Please plan to arrive around 10:30AM to set up in advance inside the barn, in the outdoor arena or in the covered arena (wherever you prefer). Please note that you understand that you need to bring your own table(s) and supplies for this event. If it rains there is a covered arena to set up in or inside the barn, depending on space and final set up. We recommend arriving 30 minutes (10:30AM) prior to event start to set up so that you can park your car near the barn to drop supplies off then move your car to the vendor parking area.

First 30-50 attendees will get a goodie bag. Do you have an item, business card or educational flyer you would like us to include in the bag? If so, you will need to drop off or mail materials to us NO LATER THAN Friday, April 26th.
