Peak City Athletics, reserves the right to ensure a safe and productive environment for its campers. Accordingly, this right includes the issuance of administrative discipline to any camper who disobeys the following rules. Please be advised that NO REFUNDS will be issued in any event that your child is dismissed from the camp for disorderly conduct.

1. There is zero tolerance for drugs, smoking, or alcohol use.

2. Fighting, profanity, bullying and vulgar gestures will not be tolerated. This includes the prohibition of explicit clothing (hats, shirts, etc.).

3. No electronic devices (with the exception of cell phones) are allowed on campgrounds. Valuables/jewelry should not be brought to camp. Peak City Athletics is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen property.

4. No reckless horseplay tolerated (can lead to injury).

5. Please remain with the group at all times.

6. Non-participants will not be allowed on campgrounds.

7. Be respectful of staff, volunteers, visitors, and fellow camp participants at ALL TIMES.

1. The participant (which includes the participant and, if under 18 or informed, the parent or legal guardian of the participant) hereby acknowledges that any program including physical exertion (while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk), and any overnight program away from participant’s home, contains some element of risk of loss of property, and some risk of injury, possibly of a serious nature, including, but not limited to, the risk of death. It is expressly agreed by the participant that he/she understands the risk of injury inherent in any such physical and/or overnight program and that the participant undertakes such program at his/her sole risk and discretion; and,2. The participant warrants that he/she has no disability, impairment or ailment preventing such person from engaging in active or passive physical exertion or which will be detrimental to the health of such person if he/she does undertake, or participate in, such activity; and3. The participant acknowledges and agrees that Peak City Athletics will rely on the foregoing warranty, that PEAK CITY ATHLETICS, LLC. has no obligation or duty to determine the participant's physical condition, that if any fitness assessment or testing is performed by or on behalf of Peak City Athletics LLC. it is solely for informational, and not diagnostic, purposes, and that PEAK CITY ATHLETICS, LLC. shall not be subject to any claim, demand, injury or damage whatsoever as a result of such fitness assessment or testing; and4. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and5. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If however I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS PEAK CITY ATHLETICS LLC., their officers, officials, directors, staff, volunteers, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releases”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
